Moon Sutras reads Moon signs through Vedic astrology. The calculator uses the Lahiri sidereal zodiac, which measures the Moon against a star-based zodiac rather than the seasonal tropical zodiac most Western astrology uses.
Because those zodiacs are about 24 degrees apart, your Vedic Moon sign may be different from the Western Moon sign you already know. The birth moment is the same; the zodiac used to measure it is different.
